The hotel's decoration had a charming old-world style, with beautiful vintage furniture and cozy sitting areas that made me feel like I was staying in a grand old European home. The general areas were well-maintained and exuded a sense of elegance and history. Accessibility for senior people was impressive, with spacious corridors and easy-to-navigate elevators making it convenient for us to move around without any hassle.

The only thing I would ask for is more assistance from the children working there in handling the bags, especially for senior guests who may require extra help with their luggage.

The hotel was low-budget, but I stayed for 3 nights only. I had a just perfect stay with breakfast included and liked the location, it was unique and next to the train station. Every staff member was accommodating and attentive. The hot drinks in English bar were very welcome.

everything was good, including staff and location, its very good wi-fi. there were a safe box, multi-channel tv and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, liked that. i've had an excellent stay for a business trip.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic - it's right opposite the main train station, making it extremely convenient for travel. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and accommodating our request for a room with a balcony. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than satisfactory, and the fact that breakfast was included in the rate was definitely a bonus.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we had no complaints.

The hotel was pleasant and fairly clean, early check-in in the room. The room was spotless with a balcony, I liked it. A shower, hair dryers and bath sheets were very handy;)))

Everything was simply very good. My stay was REALLY GOOD, I liked that it was perfectly clean throughout, with spectacular views and perfect lovation next to main railway station and riverside.

I stayed at Astoria for 5 nights during my holiday and it was perfect for exploring the city. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. Travel connections, shops, and the beautiful Lake were all just a short walk away. The buffet had a good variety of food, although it would be nice to see some daily changes. The croissants were definitely a highlight. The traditional style of the hotel, with its old-fashioned bathtub and curtain, gave it a unique charm that I appreciated.

Location and rooms were very good and I especially loved that the place was fairly clean. Positioned in the nice area, near to the railway station and the center of the city and Geneva.

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

The room was comfortable and clean, with good sound isolation. It was spacious enough for three people, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the lake. We didn't hear any noise from the street, thanks to the excellent double glazing. the breakfast served in the hotel's bar was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit problematic. It blew directly towards the bed, making it uncomfortable to leave it on all night.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the train station with plenty of transportation options. There were great shops and restaurants nearby for food and shopping. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. The hot stone chicken and beef served in the restaurant, which also doubled as a pub, was delicious. The staff were helpful and stored my luggage while I was away.
